ERP Administrator

Our client is a growing industrial manufacturer focused on engineered products and operational technology solutions serving industrial and commercial environments. The organization is continuing to invest in its systems infrastructure and digital operations following a recent ERP implementation, creating an opportunity for an experienced ERP professional to help optimize system performance, user adoption, and operational efficiency.

The ERP Administrator will support, maintain, and enhance the company’s ERP environment and related integrations within a manufacturing setting. This role will work closely with IT leadership, operations teams, end users, and external consulting partners to ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and support ongoing ERP optimization initiatives.

This role operates within a manufacturing and operational technology environment supporting production, shipping, receiving, and business operations across the organization. The position works closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and supports users across multiple functional areas.

The environment is collaborative, hands‑on, and process-oriented, requiring someone who can balance technical troubleshooting with strong communication and user support capabilities. The role is heavily focused on post‑go‑live ERP optimization, integrations, and continuous system improvement.

Success for the ERP Administrator includes:

• Maintaining ERP system stability, reliability, and day‑to‑day performance
• Supporting ERP integrations, APIs, extensions, and connected business systems
• Improving user experience, workflow efficiency, and ERP utilization across departments
• Effectively troubleshooting system issues and resolving operational disruptions
• Supporting shipping, receiving, labeling, scanning, and manufacturing‑related workflows
• Collaborating effectively with external ERP consultants and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining strong data integrity and system accuracy
• Supporting ongoing ERP enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
• Helping bridge communication between technical teams and operational users
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of ERP administration or ERP support experience within a manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on experience supporting ERP systems post‑implementation or post‑go‑live
• Experience supporting ERP integrations, APIs, IDOs, or related system connectivity
• Experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce into ERP environments preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations, shipping, receiving, scanners, labels, and related workflows
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with external ERP vendors or consulting partners
• Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syte Line) experience preferred but not required
• Exposure to ERP upgrades, migrations, reporting tools, or system enhancements is a plus
