What You’ll Do
  • CI/CD Pipeline: Design, build, and maintain automated systems for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Deployment & Configuration: Deploy applications, manage configurations, and orchestrate containers across environments.
  • Security: Implement and enforce security policies, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance.
  • Incident Management: Troubleshoot issues across internal, cloud, and third‑party systems to maintain reliability.
What You Bring

Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 5+ years in enterprise technical systems administration and implementation with similar duties.

Technical Strengths & Skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, scripting/programming, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands‑on experience with Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, and deployments via Octopus.
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git, and deployment tools such as AutoRABIT.
  • Proven success in structured project delivery: sprint cycles, time‑boxed work, and metric‑driven tracking.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Skilled in cross‑team coordination, ensuring dependencies are managed and milestones are consistently met.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise technical systems administration and implementation with similar duties.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipeline methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge of scripting/programming languages.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure.
  • Extensive knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting, implementation, and supporting SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services.
  • Working knowledge of security principles and encryption.
  • Skill in establishing and utilizing testing environments and plans.
  • Skill in listening and conveying customer issues to find a resolution.
  • Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job‑related topics.
  • Skill in analyzing complex technical data using logic and quantitative reasoning.
  • Skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work promptly.
  • Responsible for protecting the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the association’s systems and data.
Location & Classification

Position is open until filled. Candidates must reside in Missouri and be considered for the position. Preferred office location is Jefferson City, MO; all other Missouri FCS Financial branch locations will be considered. This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Hybrid work environment and flexible work schedule will be considered based on the candidate’s qualifications and needs.
