Advertising Revenue Systems Manager Role Overview

The Advertising Revenue Systems Manager will drive systems projects for the Commerce Media group to build a best‑in‑class technology stack that leads to efficient cash flow, and design and adopt productivity tools that serve internal advertising business users across various personas. The primary solution set includes  and associated SaaS solutions that integrate into the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Drive both large and incremental systems improvement efforts for Commerce Media across tools and platforms.
  • Partner with diverse teams and business lines to bring innovative systems to life and ensure best‑in‑class governance and processes are being used.
  • Act as the bridge between business and tech stakeholders to collect business needs, write technical stories, and work with technology teams and developers to test, validate and implement.
  • Collaborate with system engineering for system projects, including design and integration, to ensure they function optimally and meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support adoption to the systems’ user base.
  • Provide technical and process support for inquiries on systems and processes related to Commerce Media / Advertising business tools.
  • Support investigation and resolution of issues, concerns and general requests.
  • Conduct periodic quality control checks and data audits.
All About You – Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education.
  • Specific experience building and supporting Advertising business lead‑to‑cash systems with an Advertising portal front end and Order Management backend preferred.
  • Experience driving large‑scale systems initiatives including onboarding CRM, Order Management, Lead‑to‑Cash stack, productivity tools, business integration and M&A.
  • Solution architecture skill set exposure bringing a variety of technology together for a unified experience.
  • Relevant experience (e.g., Product Owner/Manager, Manager Consultant) in requirement gathering, user story definition, liaising with tech, functional testing and user testing management and business inquiries.
  • Understanding of technologies and ability to evaluate system designs and architecture in discussions.
  • Experience in implementing or managing CRM, Order Management or other Revenue Ops operational systems ( preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with suitable educational qualifications.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Keen analytical and proven problem‑solving skills with a detailed driven and results‑oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business acumen on sales and revenue related operations such as CRM, Order Management, revenue recognition or billing.
  • Experience managing key client relationships is a plus.
Corporate Security Responsibility

  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $109,000 - $180,000 USD

Atlanta, Georgia: $109,000 - $180,000 USD

Purchase, New York: $125,000 - $207,000 USD

Compensation & Benefits

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the U.S., the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
