Job Title:
Enterprise Systems Project Manager
Location:
Greater St. Louis, MO (HQ - OFallon, MO 63368)
Start Date:

- Lead system‑related projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Drive cross‑functional coordination across business teams, vendors, and technical resources
- Ensure successful delivery through clear requirements, strong documentation, and smooth rollout/adoption
- Maintain project visibility via status reporting, updates, and stakeholder communication
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and pain points
- Translate business needs into actionable system requirements and solutions
- Identify and drive improvements in processes, automation, and system performance
- Serve as system owner for assigned platforms, including configuration, access management, and support
- Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and effective issue resolution in coordination with vendors
- Lead post‑implementation support, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and system standards to ensure consistency and adoption
- Proven experience leading system‑driven projects from planning through execution (scope, timelines, risk management, and communication)
- Experience working with business systems (OSS/BSS, CRM, communications, or similar platforms)
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
- Hands‑on experience with system configuration, administration, and workflow management
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to extract, manage, and interpret data across systems
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity by questioning assumptions, exploring new technologies, and continuously learning to drive system improvements and innovation
- Experience supporting reporting needs, including creating and maintaining reports
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills across diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to create SOPs, process documentation, and system standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel for managing large datasets)
- An associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System or Business Administration or a closely related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to work with a team or independently and make sound decisions
- Ability to sit or stand while working for extended periods
