PostgreSQL Architecture and Internals
Performance Tuning and Query Optimization
Production Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
PostgreSQL Patching, Upgrades, and Migrations
High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions
Hands-on experience with both BSR (Streaming Replication) and PGD/BDR clusters
Strong experience with Barman backup administration and recovery procedures
Good working knowledge of PEM for monitoring and database administration
Proven experience performing major/minor version upgrades, patching activities, and cluster maintenance
Strong Linux administration skills
Experience supporting large-scale production PostgreSQL environments
Operational support experience, including change management, maintenance activities, and automation
Scripting experience (Shell/Python preferred)
