The Multimedia Services team is looking for an Enterprise Operations Intern to join their global team. The role is focused on lifecycle refresh, transformational initiatives, service delivery and event support within the region they are hired as well as supporting the global team as needed. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, analytical, outcomes oriented, and is a good communicator. With the increased focus on flexible workplace of the future, you will be a key contributor to a dynamic Employee Digital Experience team to enable, connect, and empower your colleagues globally.

What we're looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Network Security, Information Technology, Broadcast Production, Audio/Visual Production, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
  • Demonstrated experience across a variety of technical disciplines, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Academic, internship, or hands-on experience in audio/visual production, broadcast technology, or related technical environments
  • Proficiency in Python programming; experience with Lua, C#, and/or HTML is preferred
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks and initiatives
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities in technical environments
  • This role is not eligible for Mastercard's work authorization sponsorship. As such, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, now as well as in the future, without employer sponsorship.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
