Operations Manager, Distribution/ General Warehouse
Premium’s Project Coordinator will help successfully plan, lead and complete logistic projects for one of our largest consumer electronic clients. The role involves pulling, assembling, kitting, packing, inspecting and shipping client assets to ensure smooth operations and delivery to Premium representatives and retailers, while contributing ideas to improve the project process.

- Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment, meeting quality and productivity standards
- Manage the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources
- Create, organize, and manage all key projects associated with shipping and receiving
- Coordinate information and counts, weights, or measures of items for incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against invoices, orders, or other records
- Ensure fulfillment team members have accurate project specifications prior to line work
- Maintain and clean inventory areas including organization, racking, cycle counting, reporting, and accounting
- Pickup, pack, ship, and perform physical counts of materials and kits
- Kit and assemble displays
- Prepare paperwork for packaging material inventory management, product packaging, and transportation arrangements
- Prepare and expedite shipments, determine labeling requirements, assemble and pack product containers, and affix shipping labels accurately, including special customer-required labels
- Use UPS, Fed Ex, and other shipping software programs
- Maintain orderly and neatly kept stock and receiving areas and general warehouse maintenance
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to management
- Ensure safe and efficient use of forklift, company van, and other warehouse equipment
- Focus on quality, safety, and productivity
- Prove strong problem solving ability
- Demonstrate prior warehouse experience
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum three years of shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Strong detail orientation
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide daily tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- The tasks performed are physical and require constant movement and lifting (50+ lbs.)
