Business Execution Project Management Lead

Overview

The Business Execution Project Management Lead will support initiatives across USRB with a primary focus on creating and launching strategic solutions. The Project Manager will develop, establish and maintain a collaborative and productive interaction between technology, third party vendors, lines of business and risk/control partners. He/she will streamline and strengthen key enablers to meet commitments regarding schedule, budget and delivering tangible results.

• Drive execution of the assigned projects by defining and actively managing scope and development and management of project plan to ensure on-time project delivery
• Advise and provide direction to organizational leaders on methods to improve capabilities
• Develop curriculum for a virtual organization
• Leverage, promote, and communicate PM best practices across the organization
• Manage and enable team members to achieve organizational objectives
• Prepare, support and help individuals/teams drive organizational change
• Liaison with Organizational Program Management Office
• Prioritize and juggle multiple deliverables
• Monitor development programs and PM tools -- identify areas of improvement and future training needs

• Design and develop new or enhanced business processes and challenge/change existing policies and practices to support partnership & franchise management strategy

• 6-10 years Program/Project Management Experience with significant experience successfully launching large scale initiatives involving multiple business lines/enabling functions
• PMP or ACP certification strongly preferred, Six Sigma a plus.
• Self-starter with experience at handling organizational change in a process-driven project environment
• Comfortable working in environments where you’ll need to manage and engage with teams that need to balance both client-centricity and internal/external controls
• Previous experience at managing individuals
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, able to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and changing priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, manage and articulate clearly to project stakeholders and senior management
