This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in O'Fallon, MO. The Production Manager will oversee and manage daily project operations, ensuring that foundation repair jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and with high-quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating team schedules, managing resources, monitoring project timelines, supervising work crews, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.

• Leadership, team management, and the ability to motivate and guide work crews effectively
• Project scheduling, planning, and time management skills, with an attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety regulations, quality assurance, and equipment management in construction or repair projects
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in communicating with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Experience in foundation repair, construction, or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications are advantageous
