This is a full‑time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As our Service Manager, you'll spend time conducting ride‑along, coaching technicians in the field, supporting service field supervisors and dispatchers, solving technical challenges, assisting with customer concerns, recruiting future team members, and leading training and development initiatives. You'll also help technicians navigate difficult service calls, review department performance, improve operational processes, or collaborate with leadership to strengthen company systems. Every day will present a new opportunity to develop people, improve performance, and help your team succeed.

• Strong plumbing industry knowledge and technical expertise
