- Manage day-to-day business operations, including performance, billing, P&L, and resource forecasting for a growing fleet
- Manage a high-performing team of Operations Managers and Team Leads
- Coach teams in leadership and autonomous vehicle technical literacy
- Design and scale response frameworks for software-defined edge cases, hardware failures, and environmental obstacles
- Drive KPI excellence across autonomous vehicle metrics, Resolution Rates, Safety Benchmarks, CSAT, and AHT
- Meet with senior management and clients to support business growth
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and legal standards for autonomous transportation
- Drive performance management and foster employee retention
- Own the hiring and talent development pipeline
- Foster a culture prioritizing safety, innovation, and rapid adaptation to technological change
- Two-plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years of experience as an Operations Manager in high-stakes or safety-critical environments (e.g., transportation, automotive, aviation)
- Autonomous Vehicle Experience is must
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience managing supervisors, as well as coaching and developing Teammates
- 20% travel required to support market launches, conduct field audits, and meet with regional stakeholders
- 100% on site availability (Metro Detroit)
Demonstrates expertise in managing operations within autonomous vehicle environments, focusing on performance metrics, compliance with regulatory standards, and team development. Proven ability to drive KPI excellence and foster a culture of safety and innovation.
