• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce custom parts
• Machine parts to tight tolerances while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T callouts
• Make adjustments and troubleshoot machining issues as needed
• Support fabrication and aerospace‑related machining work
• Inspect parts using standard measurement tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with other machinists, supervisors, and quality as needed
