  Much of the work supports aerospace fabrication and weldments, with a mix of straightforward machining and more demanding jobs that require tight tolerances and strong GD&T interpretation.

• Ensure products, processes, and people consistently meet regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement operations
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of manufacturing professionals
• Serve as head and administrator of QMS software and information database
• Lead internal audits and serve as primary liaison for external audits
• Maintain compliance with AS9100:2016 and ISO 9001:2015
• Manage safety compliance programs
• Ensure hazardous waste reporting and regulatory requirements are met
• Establish departmental goals and monitor key performance metrics
