Industrial Maintenance Role

Job Summary

This position requires prior maintenance experience and proficiency in Relay Logic, PLC controls, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The candidate must have a high degree of technical skill and the ability to work on a wide variety of equipment. The ideal candidate will be willing to work a flexible schedule, extended hours, and weekends as needed. The ability to work at height is required for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and correct electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment plant‑wide
  • Move and relocate machinery, install attachments, accessories, and guards following proper safety protocols
  • Operate and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
  • Comply with safety regulations and wear protective gear as required
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance
Basic Qualifications
  • Safety oriented with leadership skills to work with or without supervision in a team environment
  • Ability to diagnose and correct electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Demonstrated fabrication skills
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on various equipment plant‑wide
  • Move and relocate machinery, installing attachments, accessories, and guards following safety protocols
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
  • Read, write, and comprehend common vocabulary
  • Calculate basic math, including fractions, decimals, and percentages
  • Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, plans, layouts, and/or templates
  • Reside within reasonable commuting distance
  • Have current legal work authorization for employment within the United States
  • Complete job interview, pre‑employment drug screening, background check, and maintenance skills assessment
  • Safety‑sensitive position:
    Drug panel includes THC
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
  • Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field from an accredited institution

Compensation details: $24.08‑30.70 hourly wage.
