Entry Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Location:

O'Fallon, MO. This position is 100% onsite and for the 1st shift.

Assists with verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, processes shipping / receiving documentation, packages and ships goods, and maintains inventory of shipping supplies.

• Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 35 lbs. and manage cartons in excess of 35 lbs. using available safety tools.
• Place parts in their proper location after identifying and verifying part numbers.
• Use a utility cart, identify cartons by part number, operate a computer or laptop, cycle count product, and hand‑scan items.
• Pick and fill orders using a laptop computer.
• Receive parts and disburse to proper bins.
• Match paperwork to boxes and prepare orders for billing and shipping.
• Support department and company key results.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

• General work experience.
• Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for long periods of time.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Pay rate: $16.20 per hour. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
