Cut​/Saw Operator

Cut Operator / Shipping & Receiving – WB Industries – O'Fallon, MO

WB Industries is looking for a Cut Operator who takes pride in accuracy and quality. In this role, you'll be hands-on with cutting equipment, measuring materials, and preparing products to meet customer requirements. You'll also assist with shipping and receiving to keep jobs moving on schedule.

• Operate saws and other cutting equipment with precision and efficiency
• Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and part specifications – accuracy is a must
• Measure, mark, and cut materials to size while keeping scrap and waste to a minimum
• Identify, label, and secure all material and pallets properly
• Perform tool adjustments and sharpening as needed
• Assist with shipping/receiving tasks such as organizing pallets, checking in material, and staging outgoing jobs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all PPE and safety requirements

• Strong ability to read a tape measure and apply shop math
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in cutting or production preferred
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Team player willing to jump in and help across departments

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
