Wage: $18.50 per hour

Hours:

7:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri) Join a growing production team where you'll play a key role in building quality products while working with a variety of hand and power tools. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values craftsmanship, and takes pride in producing quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a 1st shift position in O’Fallon, MO.

• Read and accurately interpret tape measure measurements to complete production tasks.
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic (air) tools safely and efficiently.
• Use table saws and other production equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Assemble, fabricate, and prepare products according to production specifications.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to meet quality standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area throughout each shift.
• Safely move materials and finished products throughout the production area.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures while maintaining a positive team environment.

• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, carpentry, or related hands-on experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure is required.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic (air) tools, and table saws is required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with consistent and reliable attendance.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach.
• Use hands continuously for gripping, handling tools, and assembling materials.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
