Lockwood Packing Company | Lockwood, MO Starting Pay: $15.00 per Hour Full-Time Position

Typical Schedule:

Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week

Lockwood Packing Company is hiring dependable team members to join our RTE Production Department. As a Packaging Team Member, you'll help package finished snack stick products by inspecting, counting, labeling, boxing, and preparing products for storage or shipment.

This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. No food manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide on‑the‑job training for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn.

• Assist with loading and feeding product into packaging equipment
• Catch, count, and organize finished product from packaging equipment
• Package products into trays, cartons, boxes, and shipping containers
• Verify package appearance, labels, product counts, lot codes, and date codes
• Label, seal, stack, and palletize finished products
• Prepare finished products for storage or shipment
• Complete packaging records and required documentation
• Clean packaging equipment and work areas
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food production experience is helpful, but not required

• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull finished product, packaging materials, and boxes up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
• Work in varying temperature areas, including refrigerated production areas, coolers, freezers, packaging rooms, warehouse areas, and shipping areas
• Work around moving equipment, wet floors, and production noise
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Full-time position
• Typical schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week
• Overtime may be available based on production needs
• Work schedules may vary based on staffing and production demands
