• Leading a welding team of up to 20 (yep, you'll be the go-to leader on the floor!)

• Supporting the Weld Supervisor and keeping projects running smoothly

• Reading blueprints like a pro and turning them into real results

• Welding with MIG and TIG processes as needed

• Ensuring quality is on point and inspections are done right

• Keeping jobs on track, on time, and up to our high standards

• TIG welding expertise (MIG welding skills too!)

• Solid fabrication knowledge

• Strong leadership - experience guiding and motivating a team

• Blueprint reading skills and a sharp eye for detail

• A drive for quality and efficiency every step of the way
