Top Side Marinas is seeking an experienced Welder to assemble and fabricate dock structures. The role requires reading blueprints, sourcing materials, cutting, and welding to spec while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Expect a 5‑day work week, 8 hours daily, and possible seasonal schedule changes.
Candidates should have 2+ years of welding with steels, ability to read weld symbols, and be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. Forklift certification is required or obtainable.
