• St. Louis, MO Manufacturing Facility
$20.00+/hr, DOE
• Full Benefits, 100% Company-Paid Premiums

Take the next step in your cannabis manufacturing career. As a Manufacturing Technician II, you’ll operate and maintain the equipment behind Sinse Cannabis’s extraction, distillation, and infused-product lines — turning raw biomass into the concentrates, oils, and formulations that stock dispensary shelves across Missouri. This is a hands-on, higher-level production role with one of the state’s leading vertically integrated cannabis companies, where your technical skill and attention to detail directly shape product quality.

You’ll work hands-on with Hydrocarbon Extraction, Ethanol Extraction, Distillation, and Centrifuge systems, following cGMP guidelines and standardized formulas to keep production running safely and efficiently. Full safety training and required PPE are provided, and every full-time team member gets health, dental, and vision insurance with individual premiums covered 100% by the company, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a generous employee discount.

Why

You'll Love Working Here
  • Competitive pay starting at $20.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
  • 100% company-paid premiums for individual health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match to help you invest in your future.
  • 12 days of paid time off, plus 10paid holidays including 3 personal days.
  • Generous employee discount on the products you help bring to market.
  • Hands-on growth: build real technical expertise in cannabis extraction and manufacturing, with room to advance as we scale.

You’ll train and qualify across the manufacturing processes in your area, keep accurate production data per SOPs and cGMP guidelines, and work closely with your team to hit production targets and resolve issues — all while following the safety protocols that keep our facility and our people protected.
