What You Will Do

• Component Assembly:
  Assemble components, small parts, or finished goods using basic hand tools and production equipment.
• Work Order Compliance:
  Follow visual assembly diagrams, written instructions, and station safety guidelines.
• Quality Assurance:
  Perform light quality checks to ensure assembled parts meet specifications prior to packaging.
• Packaging & Labeling:
  Package, label, and box finished goods accurately for shipment and distribution.
• Station Upkeep:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation throughout your shift.

What You Need

• Experience Level: Entry-level candidates welcome—no prior assembly or manufacturing experience required!
• Manual Dexterity:
  Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for working with small parts.
• Pace & Detail:
  Willingness to learn new tasks, follow instructions, and work effectively on a fast-paced line.
• Reliability:
  Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation across St. Charles County.
• Screening:
  Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
