Cabinet Assembler - 1st Shift Entry Level

We collaborate with clients nationwide on diverse projects spanning the hospitality, restaurant, sporting venue, and senior living industries.

As an entry-level team member, you will receive comprehensive training in cabinet making, finishing, and other essential areas. No prior experience is required-just a passion for craftsmanship and a willingness to grow. Cabinet Assemblers construct custom architectural millwork, ensuring precision and quality. Responsibilities encompass reading blueprints, cutting and shaping wood, and assembling parts with appropriate tools.

• Assemble millwork by accurately placing screws and bolts in designated holes to ensure structural integrity, in a timely manner that meets the production schedule and quality requirements.
• Execute tasks meticulously and precisely to contribute to the organization's future growth and maintain quality standards.
• Pay attention to detail to identify any repair or replacement needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Fasten joints and subassemblies together using screws, nails, or other adhesives.
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and locks onto cabinets.
• Sand and finish cabinets to ensure a smooth, polished surface.
• Inspect finished cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Clean and maintain tools and work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.

• Must display a high degree of manual dexterity and have basic hand tool knowledge.
• Must be able to read and use tape measure for precise measurements.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing goals.
• Must have a strong math skills, focus, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.

• 1st Shift: M-F, 6:30am - 3:00pm
