• Assemble large and small mechanical components and structures
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and accurately
• Work from instructions, prints, or verbal direction as required
• Perform detailed, precision‑oriented assembly work
• Adapt quickly to changing projects and priorities
• Assist other departments when cross‑trained and needed
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety practices
