Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in O’Fallon, MO. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment such as CNC machines and related manufacturing tools to produce precision components according to specifications. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, loading materials, performing basic adjustments, and inspecting parts using measurement tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

The position also involves following standard operating procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work area, recording production data, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet output and quality goals. The individual will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support adherence to Helios Precision Tech’s rigorous quality and safety practices.

• Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including CNC or similar production machinery, and perform basic machine setup and adjustments.
• Competence in using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and reading blueprints or technical drawings to verify part specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to follow standardized work instructions and safety protocols.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies in a high-precision environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on the production floor and report issues promptly.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, machining, or production work is preferred; experience in medical or high-precision industries is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training in machining or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely, and meet the physical requirements of a production environment.
