Product Marketing, Marketing Manager, Marketing Strategy, Market Research
The Marketing Director is a marketing role with some product leadership responsible for driving a strategic marketing & product plan that achieves the company's profitable revenue growth goals across retail and consumer products. This individual owns both sides of the growth equation: the brand's go-to-market voice (positioning, campaigns, demand creation) and foundation (roadmap, pricing, lifecycle, and profitability). Acting as business leader and internal champion for assigned brands/products, this role translates consumer insight and market data into go-to-market strategy, quantifiable value propositions, and executable plans — while building and leading the team that delivers them.
Our client is a global, durable goods manufacturing and distribution company.
This role is onsite in Fenton, MO

- Build and lead a high-performing team and orchestrate cross-functional/agency partners to execute plans and drive performance.
- Track the leading indicators (share, ROI, funnel/lifecycle health) that reveal whether strategy is working and adjust fast.
Responsibilities are organized using the 5 P's marketing framework — Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and People — to ensure brand and product accountabilities are fully integrated rather than siloed.
