Manager, Internal Communications

• Support the development and execution of communications plans that clearly share the business’s priorities, initiatives, and innovation story.
• Translate business priorities into clear, practical communications for employees and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with corporate communications, group leadership, HR, sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to ensure accurate, consistent messaging.
• Develop and execute internal communications plans that support business priorities and reinforce Magna Electronics’ business and technical activities.
• Create internal communications that support employee understanding, alignment, and engagement across global teams.
• Manage the development of communications assets, including written content, presentations, videos, and employee materials.
• Partner with corporate communications to support external messaging for business updates and issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within a global, B2B, manufacturing, or automotive environment.
• Experience translating complex or technical topics into clear, audience-focused messaging.
• Experience supporting leadership communications, employee engagement, and business storytelling.
• Ability to support communications during periods of change and manage sensitive information with sound judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing internal and external communications plans that align with business priorities, utilizing strong writing, editing, and presentation skills. Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging while fostering employee engagement and collaboration across global teams.
