Deliver patient-centered care in a specialty Infectious Disease clinic, supporting physicians with assessments, medication refills and care coordination. Triaged patient concerns, managed EMR documentation, and ensured compliance with infection control and regulatory standards. Educated patients on chronic infectious disease management, treatment adherence, and prevention strategies as per physician orders. Collaborated with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support efficient clinic operations and high-quality care delivery.

Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
The Staff LPN Ambulatory is responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of a physician or other licensed provider in an ambulatory care setting. Assigned tasks may include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications in-office, performing point of care lab testing, assisting with procedures and triaging patient phone calls. All responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with applicable state regulations.
