Nurse Practitioner; Outpatient No Nights or Weekends | No Call

Not every FNP wants the same four walls every day. A large not-for-profit integrated health system across the St. Louis metro is hiring a full-time float Family Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient primary care coverage across multiple family medicine clinic locations — bringing variety, flexibility, and a compensation package that rewards providers who embrace it with a base salary up to $100,000, RVU productivity bonus, and an attractive float differential on top.

• Deliver consistent, high-quality primary care across multiple outpatient family medicine locations throughout the STL metro
• Conduct patient assessments, routine exams, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications per evidence-based guidelines
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and health maintenance
• Collaborate with patient-focused support staff at every location
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

• FNP board certification required
• 1–3 years primary care experience preferred
• Flexible team player comfortable working across multiple clinic locations
• Strong independent clinical skills in outpatient family medicine setting

• Up to $100,000/year + RVU productivity bonus + float differential
