** Overnight Psychiatric RN
** role, you’ll oversee patient care, ensure safety, and make critical clinical decisions in a quieter—but no less important—setting.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Complete ongoing patient assessments and respond to changes in condition
* Administer medications and manage overnight treatment plans
* Maintain a safe therapeutic environment through consistent monitoring
* Lead nursing care and support staff during overnight hours
* Coordinate with providers and on-call leadership as needed
* Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately
** What We’re Looking For
*** Current RN license; BSN required,
* 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
* Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
* Ability to work independent on night shift.
* Must be 21 or older
** New graduate RNs welcome
