Position: Registered Nurse (RN), Women and Infants

Role Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) for the Women & Infant team zabeth's Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. The successful candidate will provide patient‑focused, mission‑driven acute bedside care, coordinating clinical care and ensuring the highest quality of patient experience.

  • Pay Range: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience, skills, certifications and education)
Education & Experience
  • Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program recognized for licensure in the state of practice – required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Certifications & Licenses
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice – required.
  • Multi‑state RN license acceptable under the Nurse Licensure Compact rules for Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver hands‑on acute patient care at the bedside.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to support patient recovery and comfort.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
