Role Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) for the Women & Infant team zabeth's Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. The successful candidate will provide patient‑focused, mission‑driven acute bedside care, coordinating clinical care and ensuring the highest quality of patient experience.

O’Fallon, IL - Pay Range: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience, skills, certifications and education)
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program recognized for licensure in the state of practice – required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice – required.
- Multi‑state RN license acceptable under the Nurse Licensure Compact rules for Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required.
- Coordinate and deliver hands‑on acute patient care at the bedside.
- Apply clinical knowledge to support patient recovery and comfort.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
