Role Overview This is a full-time night shift RN position in a 6-bed Medical ICU, offering benefits eligibility. - Provide direct patient care in the Medical ICU following nursing standards and the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Promote patient- and family-centered care and educate on illness management.

- Develop and communicate comprehensive care plans collaboratively with the care team.

- Required:
