Role Overview This is a full-time night shift RN position in a 6-bed Medical ICU, offering benefits eligibility. The role emphasizes providing direct patient care, including the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) within nursing standards. RNs promote patient- and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Developing and communicating comprehensive care plans collaboratively and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs are key responsibilities.

The position requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure, with preferred qualifications including a Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience. The role supports professional development and career advancement through a structured RN Career Ladder, with pay increases aligned to higher ladder levels. It emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering personalized care.

• Provide direct patient care in the Medical ICU following nursing standards and the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Promote patient- and family-centered care and educate on illness management.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and communicate comprehensive care plans collaboratively with the care team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients and families.

• Required:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree and RN licensure.
