Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties, Responsibilities &
Qualifications:
- Provide direct patient care and assist in the delivery of nursing services.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor resident conditions, update care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Hold an active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
. - Demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
- Previous experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred, but not required.
