Neuro Medicine Registered Nurse

BJC Health Care seeks a Neuro Medicine Registered Nurse to provide specialized, evidence-based care to patients with neurological conditions in our St. Louis health system. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage care plans, and monitor complex neuro status changes. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with neurological conditions
• Perform detailed neuro assessments and monitor for status changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge care
• Document care accurately in the EHR and follow clinical protocols
• Support quality, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
• Participate in ongoing education and unit-based improvements
