- Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree, RN license, and 2-5 years of relevant experience; preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 5-10 years of experience and supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Additional preferred experience includes emergency room or critical care settings.
