As an Operator I, you'll work independently and alongside a team to maintain commercial and residential properties while operating professional landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

• Operate stand-behind and zero-turn mowers
• Perform trimming, edging, blowing, and property cleanup
• Drive company vehicles between job sites
• Safely tow and back trailers
• Complete assigned routes with minimal supervision
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and production standards
• Represent the company professionally with customers and the public

During the winter season, you'll also support our snow and ice management services by:

• Operating pickup trucks, skid steers, and UTVs equipped with plows
• Completing assigned snow routes independently
• Assisting with deicing and ice management
• Reporting hazardous site conditions
• Responding during winter weather events as needed
• Helping ensure properties remain safe and accessible

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• 3 years of Landscaping/Lawn maintenance experience
• Experience operating stand-behind and/or zero-turn mowers
• Experience towing and backing trailers
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
