Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to lead site management across all study phases. You will be the primary site contact, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs and local laws, while developing strong site relationships and coordinating with sponsor roles.
You will monitor sites remotely and onsite, review regulatory docs, manage visits, and mentor junior CRAs, contributing to continuous process improvements and successful trial execution.
