Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. Responsibilities- Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
- Review and interview applicants, and make hiring recommendations for hourly employees
- Direct work for employees, setting hours and weekly schedules, and assigning tasks for all restaurant operations
- Drive sales, service steps and guest satisfaction
- Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste & Temps
- Enforce appropriate security measures so that employee and guest safety is maintained
- Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for staff in a manner consistent with core values and operational goals
