Abbey Senior Health is a 55-bed skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care to aging adults in a faith-based environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Server to join our dedicated Dietary team.

Position Summary:

The Server plays a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for our residents by providing friendly, attentive, and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food selections
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
• Compassion and respect for seniors in a healthcare setting
