The Assistant Team Leader supports store operations, maintains a clean, organized environment, assists with supervision, merchandising, and customer service, and helps maximize profitability while protecting assets.

• Provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
• Support a customer-first store culture and model product knowledge.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
• Help with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for staff.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Ensure financial integrity through cash handling and security procedures.
• Assist in store management during the Store Team Leader's absence.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 lbs.
• Fast-paced environment with exposure to various conditions.
