We’re partnering with a fast-growing vertically integrated cannabis operator to find a Director of Retail to lead and scale retail operations across Missouri.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who understands both modern retail excellence and the unique dynamics of cannabis.
Ideal candidates will bring:- 5+ years of leadership experience in traditional retail
- 2+ years of cannabis retail experience
- Strong multi-unit operational leadership skills
- Experience building high-performing teams, driving KPIs, and elevating customer experience
- A hands‑on, growth‑minded leadership style suited for a scaling organization
This role is based in Missouri and includes travel across this and other markets.
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and the company is open to speaking with exceptional leaders from out of state.
