Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 3441 Pheasant Meadow Drive in Ofallon, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.
* Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service
* Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of product quality and service
* Manage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
* Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food service or retail management
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
* Strong leadership skills and a desire to develop team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
* Basic computer proficiency
* Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
* Food safety certification (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
