General Merchandise Clerk – Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers.
• Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Help customers with any questions they may have.
• Direct customers to another team member if the question cannot be answered.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.

Schedule hours will vary between 2pm and 11pm with weekends required.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product, and to stand for long periods of time.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
