Overview
Retail Donation Attendant — Ofallon Store Market center. This part-time, hourly position pays $15.50 per hour with potential monthly bonus up to $250. Travel is 0%.

Qualifications- No degree required. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong communication skills with coworkers, customers, and management.
- Organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Provide positive customer service, including greeting donors, assisting with donations, and offering thanks and donation receipts or incentives.
- Handle all donations with care and respect.
- Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash) per established guidelines.
- Notify management of hazardous, valuable, or inappropriate items.
- Maintain high quality and efficiency standards while working quickly and steadily.
- Stock, straighten, rotate, and maintain cleanliness of the store area.
- Uphold store cleanliness by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and shining surfaces.
- Foster positive, professional relationships with team members and leadership; collaborate cross-functionally to improve communication.
- Practice safe work habits; keep aisles and walkways free of obstructions and debris.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with dress code.
- Safeguard agency assets (cash, donated and purchased items); report any incidents of theft or related concerns.
- Adhere to all MERS/Goodwill policies, retail procedures, safety and security regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Monthly bonus up to $250
