Achieve individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions' solutions for small business clients;
Conduct outbound phone calls to expand relationships and acquire new small business customers;
Collaborate with Branch Manager to manage a portfolio of small business clients with revenues up to $5MM;
Educate customers on consumer and business products, services, and digital banking tools;
Ensure a consistent excellent customer experience and assist with daily branch duties as needed
