We are looking for a hands-on B2B Sales Representative to drive growth across the Belgium and Netherlands markets
.
This role is open to both full-time candidates and/or freelancers / self employed individuals who have an expertise in B2B Sales.
In this role, you will own the full B2B sales cycle, working with qualified leads generated by our marketing team
, from initial contact through to account development and long-term relationship management.
You will work closely with Marketing and internal stakeholders to build a scalable, data-driven sales approach, while acting as a trusted commercial partner to our B2B customers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy
, enjoys building markets, and is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.
Sales & Business Development (Core Focus)
- Own and develop the B2B sales pipeline for Belgium and the Netherlands, working with qualified leads generated by our marketing team
- Convert marketing-qualified leads into new B2B customers across relevant industries
- Manage the full sales cycle
, from first contact and qualification through negotiation and closing - Grow and “farm” existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term relationship management
- Act as a trusted commercial partner and primary point of contact for key accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop tailored account strategies to maximise customer lifetime value
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure high-quality lead handover and alignment on campaigns
- Provide feedback from the market to support product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in BE & NL
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing B2B customers
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and managing your own agenda - Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Preferred languages:
Dutch – mandatory, English – mandatory, French – strong advantage
