Job Description
Sprinklr is an AI‑native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified‑CXM) that empowers brands to deliver personalized, seamless customer interactions at scale.
Candidates must be located Missouri for this role.

You will identify, negotiate, and close large deals within a defined territory, working with senior leaders such as CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs, and SVPs at major global brands.
Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities, identifying key decision makers and influencers for prospective deals.
Listen to and understand client needs, building relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencing them positively.
Actively seek new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Demonstrate curiosity and continuous learning about industry, market, and competitors to provide a sales edge.
One of the top 10% of the sales people in your current organization, with a proven record of high performance.
Highly intelligent, nimble, and possessing a work ethic second to none.
6+ years of sales experience, including at least 4 years selling enterprise-scale SaaS solutions.
Successful at building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities in a complex, enterprise‑wide context.
Passionate about the Customer Experience revolution and its impact on global brands.
Job Req Compensation Range: $121,000 – $201,000. Base pay is one component of a total rewards package that may include a discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan depending on the role.
