Territory Sales Manager

Roofing Sales & Technical Representative | Territory Role | Full-Time | St. Louis

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering results in the field? We're looking for a motivated Roofing Sales & Technical Representative to join our growing team and make an impact across an assigned territory.

• Inspect residential and commercial roofs and provide expert guidance to customers and contractors on proper installation of roofing materials
• Build and grow your customer base through prospecting — leveraging trade shows, directories, industry publications, and online sources
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with current and prospective clients, present products, and close sales
• Conduct professional meetings and presentations to groups of varying sizes
• Prepare detailed reports, sales contracts, price quotes, and business correspondence
• Coordinate activities and services to ensure an outstanding customer experience from first contact through delivery

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination)
• Valid driver's license required
• Comfortable with regular travel, including air transportation and overnight stays
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
• Self‑motivated and organized with the ability to manage a territory independently

• A field-based role with autonomy and variety — no two days are the same
• Occasional lifting up to 25lbs and frequent extended work hours during peak periods
