Enterprise Sales Manager
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives. Develop a high‑performance, metrics‑driven sales culture with rigorous pipeline creation, prospecting, qualification, and closed business. Reinforce a culture rooted in quota achievement, customer‑centricity, and strong cross‑departmental collaboration. Provide ongoing training to elevate product knowledge, objection handling, territory management, and consultative selling skills.
Manage forecasting, territory planning, and growth targets while ensuring high‑quality CRM hygiene and sales process compliance. Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in our CRM. Support reps in high‑value enterprise opportunities. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale. Occasionally attend an industry‑specific trade shows to generate leads. Travel may be needed. Maintain an accurate forecast and related prospect information in our CRM.
WhatYou’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience, including at least 2+ years in sales leadership (team lead, manager, or similar).
- Experience in SaaS or ERP sales is highly preferred.
- Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale is highly important.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the landscaping or trades industry is highly preferred.
Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office‑based. Fully remote employees will stay remote.
