Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Account Executive role based in the Greater St. Louis area. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing new business. This is a hunter specific role focused on creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their connectivity, voice, and edge networking requirements, and working with internal teams to design tailored service packages.

The Account Executive will regularly conduct client meetings, demos, and account reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, forecasting pipeline, and collaborating with technical and operations staff to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing support.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in telecommunications, networking, or technology services.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing deals.
  • Ability to understand and communicate value around connectivity, voice, and edge networking solutions (technical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with a CRM system, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to work on‑site in Greater St. Louis and visit client locations within the region as needed.
